Due to her cute demeanour, people often find it hard to take her seriously, which frustrates her immensely.
She met Moku-tan one day after an unpleasant day at work and decided to treat herself to some ice cream. She ended up ranting about her day to Moku-tan and that’s how they became friends.
In her spare time, Chiyo loves to paint.
